Polished Labradorite

Labradorite is a mineral containing silicon and other elements. In geological terms it is known as a plagioclase feldspar. The beauty of these stones comes from their colour, which is most commonly blue / green but can be anything within the light spectrum. Some specimens have an internal irridescence known as labradoresence and some 'glitter' in the light resulting from incorporated minerals such as copper. Labradorite is used for making jewellery and as a building material such as counter tops. It is also believed to have beneficial spiritual properties and to resolve some physicial disorders. Our Labradorite Tumblestones and Palm stones will take your breath away.
